The sites that I got my facts are New Zealand TourismMy three favourite facts are 1.To become a New Zealander, you must swear an oath of loyalty to Queen Elizabeth.2. New Zealand's maori name is Aotearoa, which means land of white clouds.3. New Zealanders are also called kiwis but the kiwi is not a fruit. It is New Zealand’s native flightless bird.

This is one of the types of brown kiwis, The white kiwi isn't very common, though I think the great spotted kiwi is common as well.
